We deliver through safe & fast courier services like DTDC, Blue dart etc. We use Postal service for remote/rural areas where the courier companies have no service. All our Shipments are insured. The Insurance cost is included in our shipping cost and you do not need to pay anything extra.
What does the Days to Dispatch mean? (How soon will my order be shipped?)
The amount of days it takes us to prepare your shipment and send it over to the courier provider is referred to as the Days of Dispatch. This will often vary depending on the product you purchased, whether you want it to be embedded in a piece of jewelery or if you want a separate lab certificate. A loose gemstone, for example, is usually dispatched to our shipping company within 2-3 working days. A gemstone ordered to be mounted in a ring, on the other hand, will normally take 10-15 days. A gemstone with an extra lab certificate, on the other hand, will take much longer.
Are you serviceable to all the Pincodes?
We vow to deliver each and every shipment ordered by our customers. Yet all our shipments will be subject to our delivery partner’s availability and due to that the delivery services to some pin codes may not be available.
Is my shipment safe?
Each of our orders is cautiously inspected by our certified quality assurance staff before being packed. All our shipments are insured and traceable. Once you have ordered your gemstone or any other product of ours, we will ship your order as soon as possible. Our shipping policies vary depending on the location. Please note that shipping days may vary depending on the destination as well.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a date of dispatch. Your order will be packed and sent to the courier services in a day or two by our company. The courier services will provide us the tracking number which we will forward to you. You can track the status of your order easily on the official website or through their app.
